International Mandela Day 18 July 2016

Had a wonderful evening singing at this civic reception at the City Chambers, Glasgow to celebrate the life and legacy of Nelson Mandela.  I had the joy of being accompanied on stage by my beautiful daughter Marissa Bonnar on percussion and John Milne on Guitar.  This was such a special night for me...community, comradeship, South African and American Civil Rights songs of celebration, defiance and freedom.  Well done to all at Actsa Scotland for all the ongoing work that you do. www.actsa.org
